Alittle about how i got the product

Ok so i got the slimquick in a week ago today, i got it for free with BrandBacker

would it stop my night cravings?

yes it does

is it overly sweet?

yes it is very very sweet but no sugar

does it help you lose weight?

i saw no difference except i ended up with my stomach back so no it doesn't help me lose weight, but then again i did not gain any either so that is the plus side.

How long did you use it?

I used it for one week and a half 3 times a day

Is it worth the buy for someone looking for energy?

actually it isnt half bad for energy wise, it was actually one of the better products for energy.

Can a man use it?
I would recommend you not using this if you are a man, there is another slimquick specially made for men that you can use, which i didn't try since i am not a man.

Is it good for short term use or long term?
well sadly it failed the short term however the boost of green tea has been tested by a lab and i have done tests myself on myself that shows green tea hot no sugar 3 times a day will help you lose weight it just takes 2 or 3 months to have an effect not 2 weeks like i did, so long term is best!

well that is basically it, the product stops your sweet tooth, gives you tons of crazy energy, but i saw no difference after two weeks of use 3 times a day, i did gain a stomach again which saddens me since that was one of the things the product claims to get rid of, 2 weeks is a great trial run for any diet product in short term, if in two weeks you don't see an ounce lost then the product isn't for you, Honestly i would supplement this with a work out, a hard core work out to crave your hunger and do your own weight loss with diet and exercise but anything more sadly it's just not for short term use!

well it happens to be the one and only Amazon.com, there customer service happens to be above the rest with hundreds of products daily and sales they never seem to fail of providing there customers and bloggers the needed details to help perform there daily buying needs.

how does Amazon beat there competition?

Amazon.com provides feed back not only for there sales but feedback for themselves as well, not only do they provide with there products a backing like you have never seen but still believe that customer service is a standing for all companies world wide, there unsurpassed service in shipping and receiving has given them a higher rating in all books.

Well i will tell you i have had my account with them for a very long time years in fact before i decided to go full swing in blogging and have had my first product come in damaged but not from shipping it was defective in case, i remember like it was yesterday it was a cd called "road music" and i bought 2 of them one for me and one for a friend, now one was fine a few scatches and played amazing no problem there i can live with that, but the second that was horrible, it wouldn't play nothing, and this is how i was first introduced to amazon customer service.

what happened after i called?

Well i reached out to amazon that day, this was when amazon was not as big as it is today in my area so it took a bit then you had to actually email them and within that day they contacted me back and my order was fixed instantly i didn't even have to send back the cd, they sent out a brand new one to me without hesitation and if that wasn't amazing enough they gave me options on how to solve that! from refund to new cd to express free shipping since it was a gift!


So what do i all around think of Amazon.com?

I have to say Amazon.com is one of the best companies i have had the pleasure of ordering from, i can't say enough about how good amazon is, except you have to experience amazon for yourself in order to understand how great a company it is and how amazing there customer service is! So if you have a issue with a product on there site, there companies ect do not hesitate to contact amazon.com because you won't be sorry!!!

A Blogger is a customer and epic blogging fail, now suspension!

ok so after a few years with a company tons of backlash, hate, hateful comments, reviews that were demanded even though it said that bloggers did not have to review it was not required, Being told i am rude when stating facts which i copied and pasted from my home site and tons of hate from new companies (not ones i reviewed don't get nervous)  ones that still to this day do not understand bloggers are customers, and the fact the large company was making money off of me because i refused to charge for my reviews i was suspended.

 why you ask?

well here it is i was contacted about a product we all know i do weight loss ect and i have tried many products over my time from the very first amazing product ARX to life&foods amazing garcinia, but this one caught my eye not because the company was more than rude after i stated a fact which no other company had issue with but because something didn't seem right!

You all know i do tons of research from FDA sites on mg dosage, how to use a product, what exactly is in it, what ingrediance are kosher, halal, vegan, organic, plant, chemical, animal vegitable or mineral to the FTC to the BBB on new companies to make sure i am not so called "stepping in the dodo" to checking faithful Amazon reviews of the product.

well this one product was more than scary to me and of course the dosage was even more frightening, not to mention the reviews and reponses from reviewers, needless to say after digging around compiling my sources and tons of doctor reports, i get this weird private call on my phone not once but twice, the 3rd of this month and the 6th.

Here comes the FDA?

when i answered it the last time it was my tried and true friends at the FDA saying how they heard about a so called product via complaints from people online and did i hear about it, course they had more information that i had, all i had was a company name where they were based out of where they were selling and how i came across the product, what was in it and dosage, now the information they wanted from me was to confirm the company name of the product and where they were out of, and if i spotted any reviews online that seemed to cause any sickness.

of course the info i had to give them due to the FTC guidelines and of course i notified who i had to after my conversation with the FDA.



Does the FDA regulate diet supplements that are over the counter?


your answer to this is no, not unless someone gets sick because of something in the product, the dosage is to high or someone dies sadly, because diets are supposed to be based on your doctors approval before you take any medications, or use it at your own risk kind of deal, which it states on the packages.


Epic blog fail here it comes!

now what scares me the most is right after speaking with the FDA posting my blog post i go to log into my account on a social media site to post a review on another product and low and behind my account says suspended, what is even scarier is that the place i was doing my post never once messaged me to say why just popped me into suspension land and claims they want 100% unbiased reviews.

So ok i decide its time to go viral another Epic fail in the making here we go BOOM!!!!

Now mind you i did my post after talking to the FDA about the product to make others aware of what is safe and what isn't and of course the companies i reviewed before were completely safe, but However who are they to tell me what i can and can not post on my personal blog? course that has me a bit peeved what's worse is the review i gave was from my own emails from the company the FDA was watching, NOT from there site, because i get all my social media emails sent to me so i don't have to necessarily deal with there site hmmm and the info i posted about the products in general was one from a actual doctor site and pharmacy and licensed professionals, so this scares me a lot if i can be suspended from a site for giving an honest review, talking to the FDA and being honest to my affiliates about the FDA call

does this mean all bloggers are under such heat?

Could be and the sad part is the threat like that may or may not take down a blogger who is new, me it's become a fight for what is right and what is real, i refuse to bend to a brand new companies whims because they decide they want to out rule the FDA, FTC, and BBB along with a few other sites that i wont mention, this won't do, and

who sticks up for the blogger/customer?

No one but the FDA, FTC, BBB and one company i love to bits they know who they are ;) however this scares me a lot over the course of the last few months these new companies have become aggressive towards bloggers like myself, treating us like dirt and or garbage like we do not matter, which gives the good companies a bad name, you see what companies fail to understand and sometimes forget a blogger like myself just 1 talks to 10 other bloggers maybe even 100 and they talk to bloggers now if a main bloggers reach is say like me 10k on one social media account and together almost 150k total, and other bloggers pick up what i write which we do as a helping hand to each other, and there outreach on one account is 250k think of the outreach you get from one blogger, so when i write something it isnt just to show a product or review it or try it, it's to give a heads up to other bloggers in my genere as well as other interested people all over the world.


so what is exactly a blogger?

A blogger is a customer first, we are the eyes and ears of the community as a whole, customers best friends. We can be a free blogger like me where you get a product use it (like a free sample) and we tell you how we like it ect Or we can be a paid Customer we get paid to tell you our opinions (there are tons of sites for paid opinions) i'll explain more ever buy a product in the store and just adore it and have to tell 2-3 people or all of your friends? you jump on facebook and twitter and tell everyone how good or bad the product is how you were treated by the customer service rep or cashier? Then you are a blogger congrats!

How do we build trust and how exactly do we keep that trust we make?

well here's how we get a product some get paid for it i choose not to this way i am under no pressure to actually give a good review or any review at all for that matter, now with that said no blogger in my circle will give a good review just because you forked out 25 dollars a review or more and there is a time limit (yes sometimes anywhere between 7 days to half a month)!

Now when we get the product we do our research, check out dosages, how it works basically the who, what, where, when, why and do i really need it is it useful type and how would i use it daily and is this good for my readers would they enjoy this product. When we are done with all of that now we come to the review part, some like me post the info from the product companies site just so you can see the ingredient because i hate surprises like that, others just post there reviews on it step by step, it depends on the blogger. I like no secrets so i lay it all on the line and let my readers decide what they think after i give them all of the info.

now in order to keep that trust i built with honesty i have to keep that up, so no matter what i come in contact with on a daily basis i have to remember its not only me using this but others as well and do i want to actually take the time out to discuss if there is a major issue with the product or not. I have no choice once you start being honest with your readers or listeners they now expect that from you in all ways and i provide that like any good blogger.

Reprocussions hurt me as much as they hurt the other customers right?

of course they do, since i am your eyes and ears if i get suspended like i did.

you don't know why i got suspended but you are going to go and use that product right?

right so if i don't tell you out right it's dangerous or it's harmful or you can get sick or if i have had a reaction and it happens to you, who will you look at?

Me? exactly so honesty is the best policy, but what happens when i get suspended, well by FTC i have to tell you what, who and why, and because of it, it becomes controversial, some companies do not like this, however the FTC guidelines over step the company so if you are suspended be it for review or email or text, (i was told people can read emotions in text, which is news to me) I have to disclose why or if a company's customer service is not so customary it is legally my job as a blogger to let you know who that company is. the FTC covers bloggers for this.

Who do i complain to if it happens to me?

well first don't bother with the company (unless it's a big company that is extremely helpful with customer service and you know they are then go for it talk to them) because of course if the company is not on your side as a blogger/customer they won't be on your side when you complain, take it higher, if you are suspended and its an affiliate company or another company take it to the main company.


Then to the FTC as a last resort file with the BBB as unfair working practices, as a blogger you are still a worker even if you make money or not so remember that you are employed by other customers for your review, they buy the products they make the money to get the product and the last thing any customer wants is to be treated with disrespect by a company, If this happens take action do not sit there and spam the emails ect give the company one warning then start your filing.

As Customers/Bloggers we need to protect each other as well as stand up together, just remember your money is yours and if you find a company that is just rude to you, by not reading what you wrote or just completely ignores you like happened to me before i was suspended (which is more rude than anything) there are steps to handle it, and do not worry about being suspended because there are more fish in the sea, and if all else fails use your social media as your back bone, remember as a blogger you are the first customer these companies see and if they can not get along with you, then think of how they will treat there other customers. Also remember bloggers talk to bloggers (just like companies talk to companies)

All in all you matter do not put yourself down to there level and do not confuse yourself, you are a Customer as a blogger, do not degrade yourself, you are you and your money matters if a company treats you with disrespect take your money elsewhere and remember you can because it is your money. Companies need you to buy there product you don't need the companies.

Review:

When i finally got the unit for free i was excited to use it, i have had a tens unit before because i have chronic back pain, it never goes away just some days i can stand it better than others, some days it gets to much for me and i had to use my old tens unit until last year when it vanished, i am not sure where it went to but it was gone. worst part was i was suffering and couldn't get my hands on a new unit that was good enough for my back, every one i tried was either to weak or so strong it made me jump out of my skin, but not this one, this one was amazing, simple tiny and worth every penny! The buttons are easy to touch no sticking or hard to push buttons the instructions are step by step easy, the unit is pictures on the front so encase you can not read the tiny print on the instructions to see which is which you can see the pictures, the unit is so tiny i couldn't believe my eyes!

funniest was when i showed it to others and they laughed at how small it was but how powerful a tens unit it is! Even with that said when i was asked to review this i was asked not to put the FTC saying at the bottom on Amazon or say i got it free to review which is totally against Amazon TOS!

Products good customer service is lacking sadly if there trying to show you that they don't do product reviews with bloggers then there lying because we all know i am a reviewer and we know i am disabled, we also know i have bad back issues muscles, my bones ache and we both know that i take reviews and my body very seriously so if something does not work you will hear it just as much if it does work! WARNING HCA HIGHER THAN 80% IN GARCINIA

It has come to my attention some companies are offering HCA that is extremely higher than the 80% recommended by doctors all over the world, in fact higher than 80% has caused adverse side effects including but not limited to headaches, nausea, dizziness, stomach pains, fainting and may even cause death!

Those who are trying any products higher than 80% without a doctors supervision are taking life into there own hands! World known Doctor, Dr. Oz himself has stated fact that no higher than 80% can be safely taken by any person because of the effects of the products. Higher HCA has been clinically proven to cause life threatening effects of people, yet today i was willing to make the sacrifice for my fans to try out this so called 95% HCA which could have very well cause my death, many papers have been written on the effects of higher HCA that may work or may cause side effects that can and will kill you. 

With that said there as an issue today with a company claiming a 95% HCA and potassium which i have told you in other reviews that anything higher than 60% needs a calcium kick to tone it down not potassium which can be fatal in large doses to people. Little information is available on hydroxycitric acid side effects, because only a few small studies have been done. Known side effects include stomach pain, headaches, and nausea. Does Hydroxycitric Acid Cause Side Effects?

As with any medication or supplement, side effects are possible with hydroxycitric acid (HCA). However, as with most supplements, very little information is available about side effects of hydroxycitric acid, since large, adequately designed clinical studies have not been performed. Large studies are important in order to find any rare side effects, since small studies are not good at finding these.

Possible Side Effects of Hydroxycitric Acid

So i saw a promo on 3 different sites for 95% HCA and thought ok let me try that, taking my life into my own hands and After emailing a company called Island Miracle and stating in the message i did not have prime it is also stated on my profile which always no one can read promo's ect i get this in my email privately then in a message what in the world? Nutritionist? now you all know i am a blogger and i get emails day to day from companies, however i removed there company email from these messages as well as my own (not that half of you don't already have mine from youtube) promo to my email? (had this happen before where i get promo's in my email, happy to do them but after some research on various sites i didn't follow up!) no this email didn't come from a server or promo site it came straight from them hmmm then i got the same message again! (after all of this i get not only a phone call from the FDA but i had to notify amazon of the FDA phone call about this company, which i was contacted on the 3rd and the 6th of July!) plus 15 people contacted me alone about the product!

Notice it is a person claiming to be a nutritionist? if they are they would know to ask if you are a diabetic, or on any medications right? apparently not, now you all know there is no such thing as a HCA that high that a person can take without becoming deathly sick! now with the FDA guidelines being 1000mg for HCA and 500MG for your potassium and not one but 3 emails and apparently below i am being rude, would you want to try this?

The amazon reviews alone show that people have been getting sick! Yes i did my research on it and decided to take a look, dizziness, stomach pains, nausia were claims on the amazon reviews and of course Doctors all over the world tell you no higher than 60-80% which is the 500mg dose! ( there's is higher which would be highly deadly and cause adverse reactions)  only the 60-80% at 500mg dose of HCA per pill should be consumed by any one person, So i figured i would try it and yet this company goes ahead and sends me that after they knew full well! here is there response to me after i stated facts to them (notice there is no signature? where did the so called nutritionist go too? did they realize who i am and that i have actually taken garcinia before in 40%, 60% and 80% HCA? and wrote tons of reviews on the garcinia as well as live reviews?) i also do my research, why was this company so hell bent with there product yet couldn't even ask simple questions, and yet they called me rude? how am i rude? i didn't know you can hear rudeness in type, since i didnt curse ect. i stated fact!

i was rude they claimed because i stated exactly what was on that profile that i have NO PRIME not to mention it actually states that on my profile on every social media account i own what's wrong with this picture? so of course i had to get the last word in. Course you know i am relieved that i didn't have to do that review and put my life on the line because i think this one is much much better! Plus now the FDA had contacted me and i relayed the info to amazon.com. Day gets better and better

There you have it i will not back a product that can and will kill someone the proof is on the amazon with headaches, nausea ect already put on the amazon (yes i did check before i emailed them again at 5:39pm EST) why would i put myself on the chopping block for a product already causing major side effects? You all know i give 100% honest reviews and when i see something that can and will hurt you i say it completely, and i will say it again anything over 80% HCA can hurt or even kill you! Don't be fooled by companies trying to push higher than 500dose on you with a high HCA there is nothing better nor ever will be that i have tried than an 80%, even i WON'T USE HIGHER FOR MY OWN SAFETY, you are worth more than putting your life on the line over some magic pill that will end up killing you instead of giving you the effect of losing weight.

Remember you are beautiful, worth it and no one but you can make good choices for you, when in doubt call your doctor but please stay away from anything with a higher HCA, at least until more research is done about how high you can take safely.

Review:  You all know how i love sticking my nose in when it comes to garcinia brands however this one i needed to do more research on since it didnt do anything but give me energy, now remember i always said what works for me may not work for you and visa versa well here is one that just didn't do what i expected, first let me stop and say i got it for free to review on tomoson.com second on the listing there it said pure HCA i should have known there was something wrong because there is no such beast as pure hca there is however an % HCA but not an pure hca because they all are pure HCA, anyway so i was overly excited to try this. Review: I got a life saver from tomoson.com and Klippro there new #KlipProNailNipper thankfully it came in just in time my finger nails got caught on my pillow case and in order to save my nail bed i had to use these in an emergency yes i know there toe nail clippers or nippers but nothing says you can not use them for finger nails too! thank goodness because i would have had a bleeding mess all over they saved me from disaster! there so easy to squeeze and clean and the stainless steel they use is actually very sturdy not to mention there very very very sharp! i was surprised because the last pair i bought from a dollar store the tip broke off and was so tiny i couldnt even find it! thankfully the vacuum did but UGH! nothing worse than losing a metal tip like that and not being able to find it, getting it in your foot would have not been good, this one didn't break, was easy on my carpol tunnel in my wrists and was so sharp it did the job completely for me! none of that struggling to cut my nails on my fingers or toes!
