♥Ladydarksky® ♥ WARNING NET10 WIRELESS LEAVES DISABLED BLOGGER WITHOUT 911 OR ANY PHONE!

Today after having issues with my net10 phone being without network which is net10's fault i contacted them since they made me buy a brand new phone from them for the same reason which comes with a brand new sim card, after the same stupid routine of shutting the phone off then on them checking the sim even after i told them the issue was NO NETWORK ACCESS.

 they continued and instead of sending a brand new phone out with sim, they want to send out a sim card which will take 3-5 business days and will take 3-5 business days of time leaving me without a phone! which leaves me without 9-11 access, i have already fallen down my steps which means i can NOT be without a phone! Does net10 wireless care? No of course not why would they care about a customer since 1996, now they also want to change my phone number that i have had for years and years almost 8 years to be exact!!!!!!!!

This is NOT how a customer service acts, when asked for a supervisor i keep hearing for 20-30 minutes on end that "my supervisor will be almost here" i have been on google hangouts with them since 6 this evening on january 10th 2018 and it is now 8:31pm est and they are still saying the same exact thing! Be for warned Net10 wireless lacks customer service and their tech support cant even fix their own lines, yet the phone runs on the AT&T network which has full coverage in this area!
