Lee Stafford/Ulta treatment hair repair nightmare! Causes more damage yikes!( I BOUGHT THIS)

ok so having had that fried hair issue, and no i was not trying to eat my hair honest, i decided to go to ulta and pick up lee staffords hair repair conditioning treatment, after speaking to one of the redkin specialists who said since it was a whooping 14 dollars for a 6.7 fl oz container that i would be able to bring it back regardless of how much was left even if it was empty, i said lets try it! How could we fail on this, well without even bothering to realize two things

1. there was no internal seal on this package, you heard me there was no plastic seal so you opened the top and the product was there, no contamination barrier

2. there wasnt the full 6.7fl oz in there how could there be? it looked like its been on the shelf for awhile, and it was a cream product white inside like conditioner would be in a bottle and without a heat seal things do evaporate.

3. I wasnt told there had to be at least 80% of a product before you could bring it back to ulta

no where anywhere on anything does it say 80% including my receipt!

So we bring it back to ulta and here is what were told

1. there is not 80% of the product left in the container they can not take it back
2. i was told wrong they do not take back products that are less than 80%
3. there very sorry for this (it was not over 30 days)

so where is the product now you say? well i made them of course throw it away! Where is Lee Stafford you ask? well we did take the time to message Lee Stafford on there instagram telling them there product did not work and ulta refused refund, there comment? Blown off like were garbage of course, did you expect us not to be? now we get to even the far worse issue

our hair due to there product instead of getting better got far far worse with breakage to the point the hair style in our newest picture was after the breakage under the hair so basically we have now fluff under it and strands on the side, which were supposed to be stopped from there product not made worse. Sadly this is another case of product fail and another case of poor customer service or both you be the judge.

Also a heads up after a bit of searching online i could not find the product anywhere from anyone other products of that line for blondes, hair growth but the breakage line no, so apparently were looking at a product old and no longer sold too?

Shop Miss A Blows off Ladydarksky® and 150k fans worldwide

wow so ok after pitching Shop Miss A we have decided after there so called " you are not big enough" and they will put all 150k of us on hold until they see fit that they are not worthy of us, heck how many people offline even heard of them? colour me purple but, any business with half a mind needs to realize bloggers are customers and how you talk to a blogger affects every single customer you have and will get, personally this is the second pitch not the first to them, the first was completely ignored! This time there letter was completely blowing us off, it also came in as a partnership, perhaps they misunderstood we already have a relationship, we bought from them that makes a relationship, company to customer, i will leave you to decide, i have taken off there email because i am not completely a customer who is rude but this first ignoring us now blowing us off wont be tolerated

perhaps you should look at my google rating in search of the first 15 pages and the rating of A on web search plus the bloggers i have reach worldwide of over 150k, but that's quite ok i am a customer first and no to me means poor customer service, you do not have to keep my information as i am no longer interested in your products.

Yours Faithfully,

With that said we deserve the best and the best price and this company is completely not the best. I have been hearing lots of stories from bloggers who order there dollar makeup and it comes in broken and all over the packages to orders not being filled in right and they blow it off because it is dollar makeup, this is how companies like this get there huge heads and think there is nothing wrong with there service, you as a customer need to tell a company when something is wrong, dont just sit there and let it happen or say "oops that's ok its only a dollar" That only a dollar may not be a lot to you but tell me if you have 99 dollars and want to put 100 in your bank that dollar is sure a lot of money now isn't it? Plus as a consumer you need to make sure companies know when something needs correcting.

Also when i pitch a company it isn't for me, its to show you what is new on the market and what may or may no benefit you now or in the future, So when companies completely blow us off the first thing in my mind is they don't want your money, or have no interest in you as a customer.

Now i know your asking haven't you ever received a no letter? of course i have and that letter was completely nice it was more or less saying they were not interested at the time because they were overloaded, couldn't afford to take on more bloggers ect. but they did not blow us off like we were garbage.

when companies do that it is my duty so to speak to make sure you know that we were kicked to the curb and the dust or that we are not wanted. For this one Shop Miss A says all 150k fans friends followers and customers of there store are not wanted.

To those reading this and scratching there head the first pitch i made to Shop Miss A was over 2 years ago with no response from them then, and then i only had 1k followers, now with fans and friends all around the world, i make you all my top priority and listen to what you have to say, With that said shop miss A is more like an F

poor customer service
lack of staff to answer emails
blowing off fans and bloggers
no response for years at a time
calls never returned
 products damaged

Just remember you are in charge of your money and how you spend it, if a company can not be at least responding to someone is that really where you want to put your hard earned dollar?

Also just because i don't see you listed with me as a direct friend, doesn't mean you aren't or a follower or a viewer of my social media, we share everything and 150k is just a guess, i'm sure there are hundreds more worldwide because we all shared our good and our bad, here's one bad for you don't take it to personal everyone, it just means were to good for Shop Miss A
