WARNING HCA HIGHER THAN 80% IN GARCINIA

WARNING WARNING HIGHER THAN 80% HCA CAN AND WILL CAUSE SIDE EFFECT WHICH WILL INCLUDE NAUSEA, VOMITING, STOMACH PAINS AND MAYBE EVEN DEATH! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LIFE INTO YOUR OWN HANDS!

It has come to my attention some companies are offering HCA that is extremely higher than the 80% recommended by doctors all over the world, in fact higher than 80% has caused adverse side effects including but not limited to headaches, nausea, dizziness, stomach pains, fainting and may even cause death!

Those who are trying any products higher than 80% without a doctors supervision are taking life into there own hands! World known Doctor, Dr. Oz himself has stated fact that no higher than 80% can be safely taken by any person because of the effects of the products. Higher HCA has been clinically proven to cause life threatening effects of people, yet today i was willing to make the sacrifice for my fans to try out this so called 95% HCA which could have very well cause my death, many papers have been written on the effects of higher HCA that may work or may cause side effects that can and will kill you.

With that said there as an issue today with a company claiming a 95% HCA and potassium which i have told you in other reviews that anything higher than 60% needs a calcium kick to tone it down not potassium which can be fatal in large doses to people. This company also decided to try and pull a fast one on me after they were messaged that i do not pay shipping and do not have prime to message me with saying that i would have to pay a small shipping fee. i have enclosed this discussion for you to review, i urge anyone who is thinking of taking a dose higher than 80% HCA to read the facts on higher being deadly to humans before actually thinking of taking the product, if not at least contact your doctor before taking it as medical attention may be necessary after taking such a large dose of HCA Garcinia!

what is HCA?
Hydroxycitric acid, the active ingredient in Garcinia cambogia extract, can lower blood sugar levels. People with diabetes might need to monitor their blood sugar more closely when taking this herb, as noted by eMedTV. Diabetic patients taking medications such as metformin or insulin to control blood sugar levels might need to have their health care provider adjust the dosage.

Excessive consumption of Garcinia cambogia extract higher than 80% can cause gastrointestinal side effects, according to EMedTV and Green Herbal Remedies. People taking large amounts of this herb might experience stomach or intestinal pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Headaches are another possible side effect! Extremely high doses of Garcinia cambogia, when fed to obese male rats, resulted not only in suppression of fat accumulation but also in testicular shrinkage, according to a study published in the March 2005 issue of Food and Chemical Toxicology. Diets with lower amounts of Garcinia cambogia did not produce this side effect, although the amounts of HCA were still high. No negative effects were seen when rats were fed 389mg per kilogram of body weight per day, translating to more than 26,000mg per day for an individual weighing about 150 lbs. In contrast, the standard dosage of HCA is 250 to 1000mg per day for adults, as noted by Holistic Herbalist.

Some people will experience an allergic reaction to Garcinia cambogia. Signs of an allergic reaction, according to the Physicians' Desktop Reference and eMedTV, include itching, skin rash, hives, mouth or throat tingling, chest tightness, wheezing, difficulty breathing, and swelling of the hands, face or throat. An allergic reaction to Garcinia cambogia should be considered a medical emergency.

Side Effects of Hydroxycitric Acid

Little information is available on hydroxycitric acid side effects, because only a few small studies have been done. Known side effects include stomach pain, headaches, and nausea. Signs of an allergic reaction are also possible, such as a rash, unexplained swelling, or difficulty breathing. If you experience any possible side effects of hydroxycitric acid, let your healthcare provider know so that treatment (if necessary) can be obtained.

Does Hydroxycitric Acid Cause Side Effects?

As with any medication or supplement, side effects are possible with hydroxycitric acid (HCA). However, as with most supplements, very little information is available about side effects of hydroxycitric acid, since large, adequately designed clinical studies have not been performed. Large studies are important in order to find any rare side effects, since small studies are not good at finding these.

Possible Side Effects of Hydroxycitric Acid

Only a few possible side effects of hydroxycitric acid have been reported, including:

  • Nausea
  • Intestinal or stomach pain or discomfort
  • Headaches

It is important to understand that only a few side effects have been reported because only a few, relatively small studies have been done.

As with any other medication or supplement, be sure to watch for signs of an allergic reaction, such as:

  • Rash
  • Hives
  • Itching
  • Swelling of the mouth or throat
  • Wheezing
  • Difficulty breathing.

In studies in rats, high doses of hydroxycitric acid caused testicular shrinkage and damage, although it is not known if this is also true for humans.

Final Thoughts on Side Effects of Hydroxycitric Acid

You may experience some or none of the side effects of hydroxycitric acid listed in this article. Unfortunately, there is no way for your healthcare provider to know before hand if you will have side effects from a medicine that you have never tried. Therefore, make sure to let your healthcare provider know if you develop any side effects while taking the supplement. You should also let your healthcare provider know if you develop something that "just does not seem right" during treatment. While it may not be a side effect of hydroxycitric acid, your healthcare provider will be able to diagnose and treat the problem.

The best dose of hydroxycitric acid (HCA) that is both safe and effective has not been determined, although manufacturers may recommend specific dosages for their particular products.

Hydroxycitric Acid Dosing for Weight Loss

Refer to your particular hydroxycitric acid product for the recommended dose. In studies, doses of 500 mg three times daily have been used.

 http://women.emedtv.com/hydroxycitric-acid/hydroxycitric-acid-dosing.html

No drug interactions with hydroxycitric acid are known at this time, because the supplement has not been studied in combination with drugs or other supplements. It may interact with diabetes medications, so you might need to monitor your blood sugar more often or your diabetes medicines may need to be adjusted. Ask your healthcare provider about drug interactions with hydroxycitric acid that may apply to you before taking it.

Some medications are so sensitive that even very small changes can have disastrous effects. If you are taking any such medications, your healthcare provider may choose to monitor you more closely, just in case hydroxycitric acid interacts with them.

So i saw a promo on 3 different sites for 95% HCA and thought ok let me try that, taking my life into my own hands and After emailing a company called Island Miracle and stating in the message i did not have prime it is also stated on my profile which always no one can read promo's ect i get this in my email privately then in a message what in the world? Nutritionist? now you all know i am a blogger and i get emails day to day from companies, however i removed there company email from these messages as well as my own (not that half of you don't already have mine from youtube) promo to my email? (had this happen before where i get promo's in my email, happy to do them but after some research on various sites i didn't follow up!) no this email didn't come from a server or promo site it came straight from them hmmm then i got the same message again! (after all of this i get not only a phone call from the FDA but i had to notify amazon of the FDA phone call about this company, which i was contacted on the 3rd and the 6th of July!) plus 15 people contacted me alone about the product!

Notice it is a person claiming to be a nutritionist? if they are they would know to ask if you are a diabetic, or on any medications right? apparently not, now you all know there is no such thing as a HCA that high that a person can take without becoming deathly sick! now with the FDA guidelines being 1000mg for HCA and 500MG for your potassium and not one but 3 emails and apparently below i am being rude, would you want to try this?

The amazon reviews alone show that people have been getting sick! Yes i did my research on it and decided to take a look, dizziness, stomach pains, nausia were claims on the amazon reviews and of course Doctors all over the world tell you no higher than 60-80% which is the 500mg dose! ( there's is higher which would be highly deadly and cause adverse reactions)  only the 60-80% at 500mg dose of HCA per pill should be consumed by any one person, So i figured i would try it and yet this company goes ahead and sends me that after they knew full well! (not to mention we don't pay for shipping do we? nope! why would i put my life on the line at there higher dosage and there a nutritionist doesn't even ask any questions doesn't that seem a bit odd to you?) they saw it on promo sites, they saw it on my profile, you can see it on all my social media, facebook, twitter, g+, instagram, ect. and i emailed them this, obviously they weren't paying attention, as you can see i was not buying there email to me and wanted to be done with it! i am first and foremost a customer, and this company is treating people like this? If you can not read a profile on social media, (youtube or where ever) or stop to get to know a blogger (specially if your introducing a new product) then why even promote it? Specially if your using a 95% HCA content shouldn't your first message ask me if i am diabetic or on any other medications as a nutritionist?

it should be more of a message like this example:

hi i am such and such from this company, and i have found you would be a good fit for our product but before i give you any further information due to the high HCA i would like to ask if you have any allergies, or are a diabetic or have any health issues that would hinder your review on our product, as we take pride in our products and our customers you.

below is my response to there prime comment ( i should have asked if they were a real nutritionist since they didnt ask if i was diabetic or on any other medications)

From: Sheila Jaworski 07/02/2015 08:56 PM
you can now mark me denied since apparently you were not paying attention when i applied and it said i am NOT a prime member and my profile states i do NOT EVER pay for a product shipping or otherwise

i didn't even state about the issue with the drug why? because friends already contacted me and made a huge issue of the product, so i figured i wont waste my time!

From: Sheila Jaworski 07/02/2015 08:57 PM
it even says it on every social media i am on

here is there response to me after i stated facts to them (notice there is no signature? where did the so called nutritionist go too? did they realize who i am and that i have actually taken garcinia before in 40%, 60% and 80% HCA? and wrote tons of reviews on the garcinia as well as live reviews?) i also do my research, why was this company so hell bent with there product yet couldn't even ask simple questions, and yet they called me rude? how am i rude? i didn't know you can hear rudeness in type, since i didnt curse ect. i stated fact!

From: Island's Miracle 07/03/2015 02:16 PM
I would have gladly shipped it to you, but since you are being rude about it, I will go ahead and deny you as you requested. Have a nice day.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
i was rude they claimed because i stated exactly what was on that profile that i have NO PRIME not to mention it actually states that on my profile on every social media account i own what's wrong with this picture? so of course i had to get the last word in. Course you know i am relieved that i didn't have to do that review and put my life on the line because i think this one is much much better! Plus now the FDA had contacted me and i relayed the info to amazon.com. Day gets better and better

From: Sheila Jaworski 07/03/2015 05:39 PM
rude? don't worry i will be happy to do a review for you have a nice day

From: Sheila Jaworski 07/03/2015 05:39 PM
do yourself a favor though and google Ladydarksky and no i dont need to review a fake product with no backing of that high HCA which is deadly to people

 http://www.womenshealthmag.com/weight-loss/garcinia-cambogia

There you have it i will not back a product that can and will kill someone the proof is on the amazon with headaches, nausea ect already put on the amazon (yes i did check before i emailed them again at 5:39pm EST) why would i put myself on the chopping block for a product already causing major side effects? You all know i give 100% honest reviews and when i see something that can and will hurt you i say it completely, and i will say it again anything over 80% HCA can hurt or even kill you! Don't be fooled by companies trying to push higher than 500dose on you with a high HCA there is nothing better nor ever will be that i have tried than an 80%, even i WON'T USE HIGHER FOR MY OWN SAFETY, you are worth more than putting your life on the line over some magic pill that will end up killing you instead of giving you the effect of losing weight.

Remember you are beautiful, worth it and no one but you can make good choices for you, when in doubt call your doctor but please stay away from anything with a higher HCA, at least until more research is done about how high you can take safely.

now for the potassium content   FDA has limited the dosage of over-the-counter potassium supplements to less than 100 mg per pill is to prevent damage to the digestive tract when too much potassium is concentrated at one place.
As has been noted, the daily requirement for potassium is much higher than this, and the Institute of Medicine has not assigned an upper limit for potassium supplementation. When potassium is distributed, such as in food or in a solution, this problem of concentrating at one place does not occur.
