The 3 reasons below should be enough for you all to understand why

1. there customer service has gone down hill where they are ignoring a few bloggers including myself

2. they did a "giveaway" on their facebook and they gave a coupon for amazon which was not stated in the giveaway and then tried to charge people shipping

3. after they were called out that making someone pay on a giveaway is illegal by ftc and amazon and the federal government they tried to make it right yet giveaway still hasn't been received

I can not and will not back a company when their customer service has gone down hill, and they try to get over on there giveaway winners, So sad it started off as a great company, then went to ignoring youtubers, horrible customer service, lies and violating federal laws. So disappointed in them! I have even went as far as disposing of their products from my home, youtube video coming soon

Review: Just did a Video on this i have to say in words which wont be as good as the review, the package was definitely new to me, inside was this plastic pouch that you can use for every day travel and inside that was this soft as silk even softer mitt, usually when you use a mitt for self tanners they leave a streak across your face and that drives me crazy to no end! this one doesn't at all its soft and smooth and apply's everything evenly, Washing it was easy too baby shampoo and water and it came clean, i like to use a skirt hanger on mine and hang it up to drip dry and that works amazing with this, it didn't fall apart or get all wrinkly and crack on me after one use, I'm so glad i got to try this for free from tomoson.com, definitely going to buy another just to have on hand!
