I have to say this is the nastiest tasting good thing for you, it has NO sugar in it that makes it nasty the taste is horrible, But it works faster this way than most, i have never seen an equal to it, my back has stopped hurting so has my ankle and i am taking it like directed, i do warn you pinch your nose fill your mouth with water and dump that in and swallow then chew something or take a mint or something to get rid of the after taste. Good news is i feel great, i did speak to the company and because of how they want it for everyone to use they keep it without sugar so even people who take insulin can use it. People like me who can not take Vitamin C by drinking OJ this is a great idea despite the taste, i will be reviewing there vitamin C so watch my blog and my you tube for details.
