When i finally got the unit for free i was excited to use it, i have had a tens unit before because i have chronic back pain, it never goes away just some days i can stand it better than others, some days it gets to much for me and i had to use my old tens unit until last year when it vanished, i am not sure where it went to but it was gone. worst part was i was suffering and couldn't get my hands on a new unit that was good enough for my back, every one i tried was either to weak or so strong it made me jump out of my skin, but not this one, this one was amazing, simple tiny and worth every penny! The buttons are easy to touch no sticking or hard to push buttons the instructions are step by step easy, the unit is pictures on the front so encase you can not read the tiny print on the instructions to see which is which you can see the pictures, the unit is so tiny i couldn't believe my eyes!

funniest was when i showed it to others and they laughed at how small it was but how powerful a tens unit it is! Even with that said when i was asked to review this i was asked not to put the FTC saying at the bottom on Amazon or say i got it free to review which is totally against Amazon TOS!

Products good customer service is lacking sadly if there trying to show you that they don't do product reviews with bloggers then there lying because we all know i am a reviewer and we know i am disabled, we also know i have bad back issues muscles, my bones ache and we both know that i take reviews and my body very seriously so if something does not work you will hear it just as much if it does work! It has come to my attention some companies are offering HCA that is extremely higher than the 80% recommended by doctors all over the world, in fact higher than 80% has caused adverse side effects including but not limited to headaches, nausea, dizziness, stomach pains, fainting and may even cause death!

Those who are trying any products higher than 80% without a doctors supervision are taking life into there own hands! World known Doctor, Dr. Oz himself has stated fact that no higher than 80% can be safely taken by any person because of the effects of the products. Higher HCA has been clinically proven to cause life threatening effects of people, yet today i was willing to make the sacrifice for my fans to try out this so called 95% HCA which could have very well cause my death, many papers have been written on the effects of higher HCA that may work or may cause side effects that can and will kill you. 

With that said there as an issue today with a company claiming a 95% HCA and potassium which i have told you in other reviews that anything higher than 60% needs a calcium kick to tone it down not potassium which can be fatal in large doses to people. This company also decided to try and pull a fast one on me after they were messaged that i do not pay shipping and do not have prime to message me with saying that i would have to pay a small shipping fee. i have enclosed this discussion for you to review, i urge anyone who is thinking of taking a dose higher than 80% HCA to read the facts on higher being deadly to humans before actually thinking of taking the product, if not at least contact your doctor before taking it as medical attention may be necessary after taking such a large dose of HCA Garcinia!

what is HCA?
Hydroxycitric acid, the active ingredient in Garcinia cambogia extract, can lower blood sugar levels. People with diabetes might need to monitor their blood sugar more closely when taking this herb, as noted by eMedTV. Diabetic patients taking medications such as metformin or insulin to control blood sugar levels might need to have their health care provider adjust the dosage.

Excessive consumption of Garcinia cambogia extract higher than 80% can cause gastrointestinal side effects, according to EMedTV and Green Herbal Remedies. Little information is available on hydroxycitric acid side effects, because only a few small studies have been done. Known side effects include stomach pain, headaches, and nausea. Does Hydroxycitric Acid Cause Side Effects?

As with any medication or supplement, side effects are possible with hydroxycitric acid (HCA). However, as with most supplements, very little information is available about side effects of hydroxycitric acid, since large, adequately designed clinical studies have not been performed. Large studies are important in order to find any rare side effects, since small studies are not good at finding these.

Possible Side Effects of Hydroxycitric Acid

Only a few possible side effects of hydroxycitric acid have been reported, including:

• Nausea

So i saw a promo on 3 different sites for 95% HCA and thought ok let me try that, taking my life into my own hands and After emailing a company called Island Miracle and stating in the message i did not have prime it is also stated on my profile which always no one can read promo's ect i get this in my email privately then in a message what in the world? Nutritionist? now you all know i am a blogger and i get emails day to day from companies, however i removed there company email from these messages as well as my own (not that half of you don't already have mine from youtube) promo to my email? (had this happen before where i get promo's in my email, happy to do them but after some research on various sites i didn't follow up!) no this email didn't come from a server or promo site it came straight from them hmmm then i got the same message again! (after all of this i get not only a phone call from the FDA but i had to notify amazon of the FDA phone call about this company, which i was contacted on the 3rd and the 6th of July!) plus 15 people contacted me alone about the product!

Notice it is a person claiming to be a nutritionist? if they are they would know to ask if you are a diabetic, or on any medications right? apparently not, now you all know there is no such thing as a HCA that high that a person can take without becoming deathly sick! now with the FDA guidelines being 1000mg for HCA and 500MG for your potassium and not one but 3 emails and apparently below i am being rude, would you want to try this?

The amazon reviews alone show that people have been getting sick! Yes i did my research on it and decided to take a look, dizziness, stomach pains, nausia were claims on the amazon reviews and of course Doctors all over the world tell you no higher than 60-80% which is the 500mg dose! ( there's is higher which would be highly deadly and cause adverse reactions)  only the 60-80% at 500mg dose of HCA per pill should be consumed by any one person, So i figured i would try it and yet this company goes ahead and sends me that after they knew full well! (not to mention we don't pay for shipping do we? nope! why would i put my life on the line at there higher dosage and there a nutritionist doesn't even ask any questions doesn't that seem a bit odd to you?) they saw it on promo sites, they saw it on my profile, you can see it on all my social media, facebook, twitter, g+, instagram, ect. and i emailed them this, obviously they weren't paying attention, as you can see i was not buying there email to me and wanted to be done with it! i am first and foremost a customer, and this company is treating people like this? There you have it i will not back a product that can and will kill someone the proof is on the amazon with headaches, nausea ect already put on the amazon (yes i did check before i emailed them again at 5:39pm EST) why would i put myself on the chopping block for a product already causing major side effects? You all know i give 100% honest reviews and when i see something that can and will hurt you i say it completely, and i will say it again anything over 80% HCA can hurt or even kill you! Review:  You all know how i love sticking my nose in when it comes to garcinia brands however this one i needed to do more research on since it didnt do anything but give me energy, now remember i always said what works for me may not work for you and visa versa well here is one that just didn't do what i expected, first let me stop and say i got it for free to review on tomoson.com second on the listing there it said pure HCA i should have known there was something wrong because there is no such beast as pure hca there is however an % HCA but not an pure hca because they all are pure HCA, anyway so i was overly excited to try this. Review: I got a life saver from tomoson.com and Klippro there new #KlipProNailNipper thankfully it came in just in time my finger nails got caught on my pillow case and in order to save my nail bed i had to use these in an emergency yes i know there toe nail clippers or nippers but nothing says you can not use them for finger nails too! thank goodness because i would have had a bleeding mess all over they saved me from disaster! there so easy to squeeze and clean and the stainless steel they use is actually very sturdy not to mention there very very very sharp! i was surprised because the last pair i bought from a dollar store the tip broke off and was so tiny i couldnt even find it! thankfully the vacuum did but UGH! nothing worse than losing a metal tip like that and not being able to find it, getting it in your foot would have not been good, this one didn't break, was easy on my carpol tunnel in my wrists and was so sharp it did the job completely for me! none of that struggling to cut my nails on my fingers or toes! Review: Well i got this from tomoson.com #Tomoson as a review with #beautycarechoic and i had to use it, i have no hairspray nothing but an icky gel here and had a party i wanted to look amazing for, well the night before i got the idea to do my pin curls, fingers crossed i jumped in the shower and got my hair ready dried it a bit and added one pump of the mousse to each strand i was rolling into my pin curls added my pins and hoped for the best! The next morning the day of the party i was holding my breath and hoping i didn't see white flakes as i unrolled each pin curl. when i took them down i realized 1 my pins didn't stick to my hair like they normally do, and 2 my curls stayed in spirals not flat ugly curls, when i finally unrolled them completely i had the old Greek hair styled curls i have been dieing to wear! in the heat sweating and running around the curls lasted at least 5 hours i could be wrong it could be longer but i was so rushing around that i really didn't keep track of the time, by nightfall (mind you the party was at noon and i unrolled them at 11am) they were still there so i ran my fingers through them for my usual fluff look and it was amazing! i even put them up for an hour in a bun and they still held on perfectly! now that was Saturday it is now Monday and i just washed my hair, when i looked no white stuff on my bed on my hair nothing and!!!!!! my curls were still somewhat there before i washed my hair! I had curls in some spots and a beautiful wave! Now that impresses me completely because we all know just how bad products can be with leaving white stuff behind or having crunchy hair! if that isn't great enough the top after use on my hair was amazing it didn't over flow, the pump top isn't clogged like some mousse products do, plus it smells wonderful! I got this product for free thanks to #Tomoson and #TexasGiantBargan #Arganoil this argan oil was amazing one use on one hand in my video and when showing it to my friend we could plainly see the fact of one hand being younger than the other my right has wrinkles while my left doesn't, it does leave a bit of a residue behind but nothing crazy like best part was the residue it did leave behind did not get all over the place like most carrier oils do, it didnt initially leave my skin soft but it does look healthier.

 i got this product a few days ago as a review for free from tomoson.com & NeoCell, I got a chance to actually try it for three days, my skin seems to be clearing up even more the taste is amazing from chocolate to mint however the mint is a bit over powering for my taste and the chocolate flavor doesn't last as long as i thought, chewable is nice though it's not to hard not to soft in texture and despite the fact the chocolate doesn't last a whole lot it is really tasty (YUMMY), i would recommend this for anyone who really wants to boost there vitamins and is constantly on the go, also my right hand thumb nail is getting harder, i havent changed anything but this so now i am completely wondering is it this product making my nails as hard as nails? the package reads two of them a day, just remember even though they taste good there not candy!

Review: ok so I started the new cambogia a bit ago from  #secondnaturedirect and #Tomoson to try out for free and well it's been almost a week so far it is taming my appetite not that i had a huge one to begin with, but what i had is gone down even more which is good! I like this peel a lot it leaves my skin so silky smooth i would however like it less strong it is a bit on the strong side and i am afraid if i am not careful with it i will burn myself this is something i fear with all peels but this the most, it does work great a tiny bit for a person with sensitive skin goes a long long way, i would suggest testing it on a part of your face not so visible to see if you have a reaction because of how strong it is only 20 seconds is the best start time to 30 seconds.
