Tenantify for Renters security review

As I was browsing around the internet for security things i came across this interesting site out of Chicago called Tenantify it's a place where home owners or apartment as a Landlord can go and screen there Tenants  and is powered by employment and income verification, now everyone knows i worked in the security field for a bit so this is a rather touchy subject when it comes to verifying income or a job, So i decided to give it a look since it caught my eye. They claim there Always FREE for landlord; Tenant pays when we complete verification, Fast the results are delivered within 1 business day, through Detailed verification record and add-on analytic's provided and no fraud Verification completed securely through employer and online banking, whats the best is the Landlord does not pay for this service the tenant or renter will pay for it so you as a landlord have peace of mind when it comes to actually knowing the background of the people living in your home or apartment. Here is a bit about how it works step one would be the Employment verification, you as a landlord sends a letter or request to your tenant through Tenantify, then your tenant provides there work info and they do all the footwork and send you the records back as a Landlord. The Second would be the income Verification now as we both know most Tenants don't have there paper work of either on hand which isnt a worry anymore all you have to do as a landlord is send a request through this company Tenantify, then the Tenant you want sends there banking info securely online to them and they do the footwork to verify it is real! Simple and easy, now this is for Landlords who are second guessing themselves and leaves out that footwork for tenants to get all there paperwork together for you. Course you will have one or two tenants like myself who can verify there info directly to you and that is great but the ones that can't this site is amazing for that.
               


Prices are not to bad either $10 for the employment, $10 for the income and then if you want both that's $15 dollars.  so you would say your rent is over 1k a month add in the 10-15 dollars on it for a background check made easy!
