Review: i took this as soon as it came in and i was told i was extremely excited and needed to calm down my friend didn't realize what she was saying when i had already told her i was taking this so even without the ephedra it made me jittery my hands were shaking so bad i was dropping things. Not normal for me at all and not good thankfully nothing was glass, i havent seen anything yet with the product except that it did make me crash hard to sleep so not sure completely i know there garcinia was amazing i was hoping this one too but that has yet to be seen, perhaps it takes longer than a couple of days maybe a week or two for full benefits i dont know usually with this company it only takes a day to start seeing results unless it is just one of those products that doesn't "Do it" for me.
