Indications

Directions: Stir mud before each use. Cleanse the skin thoroughly, pat dry. Apply a thin layer evenly to clean, dry face. Avoid eyes and lips. Initial Application: Apply mud and leave on for 2-3 minutes. Then begin to neutralize mask by gently rinsing with water in circular motions for 1-2 minutes until thoroughly removed. Contact time may be increased to 5-15 minutes with tolerance, not to exceed 15 minutes per treatment. Use as a full mask or spot treatment on face, neck, or chest/back. Repeat treatment 1-2 times per week or as often as needed. Not recommended for sensitive skin.

Review: ok so after using this live on camera for everyone which will be on my you tube channel shortly, i have to say my skin is really clean and the break out i am having is less than it was before, however it does leave the skin a little red, but doesn't all good mud masks? it not so much stings but feels like it is tightening your skin up and tingles when it is on and a bit after it is off, it doesn't have a real harsh smell so men who love facials can use this as well, i would suggest doing this and setting a timer for it so you don't forget it and end up with a red face for days or a reaction if you have sensitive skin like mine. Recently it has come to me a few times with these new companies on amazon saying and i will quote  

"NOTE: Considering you've paid $1 for the product over Amazon, you do not need to add any disclaimers at all (which is what we prefer), however if you feel more comfortable adding a disclaimer, you can state:"

However here is the issue wither you pay for a product or not with any company even on a 3rd party site per FTC guidelines it plainly states a blogger MUST say how they got the product, from what site they were offered it, if they paid for it themselves or were given it free for review. EVEN IF YOU PAID 1 DOLLAR! there is no happy medium and here companies are going around telling bloggers they dont have to! YES YOU DO HAVE TO! not only would it violating FTC but Amazon.com themselves has a TOS that plainly states to us bloggers that we MUST disclose that information or the following will and has happened because new bloggers believe these companies:

1. all of your reviews will be deleted

2. your account will be closed (period)

now of course you can fight it but amazon can take it a step further and turn you into the FTC. I for one don't like ANY product enough to lose my amazon account. that isnt the only thing though the FTC can and has fined 1 single blogger 5k dollars per review and hit a small company for it. Personally no product in the world is worth 5k to me i dont care what it is. my life is worth more than that companies. so i am going to stress this once again and post from amazon on here for all to see a friend of mines email from amazon explaining there TOS as well as linking the FTC website for you all to take a look at.

Review: I got this free to review from tomoson.com I don't know what it is about certain hair vitamins that just work and some that just don't this one is just that the list of ingredients is interesting to me and it has been a few days, normally hair vitamins themselves take more than a few days to work however Keratin is one of the actual products i use on a daily basis when i wash my hair, why? well here is the thing keratin products dont build up on my hair actually it is one of those products that people ask me why my hair is so shiny so to get it in pill form just had my jaw hit the floor, thanks to neocell i got the chance to try it internal to see if it was exactly the keratin products making my hair so shiny and glossy looking, in fact i wish i could take longer to review this but there is a difficult time limit on how long i can use it and then report it so i am not sure i am getting the 100% full results of there product because of it, i can say something though besides hair i have noticed that my completely dry skin is clearing up, after a brief talk with the company were assuming it is there product, which is a good thing! hair and skin in one product is amazing! i am going to post an update after a month however i do have a half inch hair growth too!

Review:First i wanted to mention this is not the old Cortislim you all remember the old company where they just didn't care? Course i cut back my coffee and went for broke. i have to say it took a day or two but my energy levels are crazy, here's the thing though the first day i didnt do exactly as the package i took it in the afternoon and was up all night!!!!!!!! now for the Advanced  the advanced formula for me alone would not cut it honestly i need something heavy duty without the burn it would do nothing at all. separate adding a garcinia kick for those who can handle high activities would be amazing for those who can not handle garcinia this is just all you need in fact adding any weight loss combination with diet and exercise and i dont mean killing yourself i mean dance 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes is enough to make you lose weight, combine that with lowering your sugar intake and your carbs and you will shed pounds like crazy. Also remember the longer you take it the more used  to diet pills your body will get and it will be harder for you to use them as intended as a supliment to your already daily exercise and diet, if you are looking for a miracle in a bottle you wont find any miracles on my blog with weight loss pills.

you also wont find any unicorn magic or fairy dust but what you will find are great diet products that will "help" you in losing the weight, you have to put in the effort. even if its just walking to the store. Review: As a woman i take pride in being completely clean and take amazing care of myself, (its why i look so young) anyway so i saw this as a review on tomoson.com and had to give it a shot for you all, because i know not only men have funky feet but us woman do as well! Standing all day in socks not stockings in the winter large boots even with our heels in the summer and goodness knows wew sometimes it can bring a tear to your eye! Review: I got this a bit ago for free from tomoson.com to review and decided to make bubble tea with it, I was a bit shocked at the size of it, I didn't realize 30g was that small but i figured lets give it a try, So i pulled the pull top and of course the powder went on my hand, maybe a change in top like a plastic pull seal would be better for this product, however after reading the directions i realized a few things not everyone has a whisk or a bamboo spoon so it was time to improvise, i used a plastic throw away spoon to take it out of the can it came in which was small, then to whisk it i used a plastic fork, i heated my fork in some hot water and the regular cereal bowl i was using like it said and grabbed a cup of hot water and went to work, adding the powder in first then slowly adding in the hot water so it wouldn't clump, kind of like i do with my gravy then i realized i could have used a container with a lid and just shook it, maybe next time, i do have to say the bubble tea came out amazing, it tasted fresh and light and like a brand new morning, it was a pleasant change from the ones that are extremely heavy in taste, I have had a few that were so heavy they tasted almost like dirt to me, this wasn't the case with this, it was thick but not overly thick or over powering, i could judge for myself how strong i wanted it, not how strong someone else says i should have it, with bubble tea i added a bit of sweeter (sugar water mix) and it was perfect with my boboa. highly recommended for those who have to hide there green tea but want it's added benefits.

Review: Ok so i have had a few days to use this since i got it free from tomoson and wanted to try it out so badly with my psoriasis, i have to say my psoriasis has calmed down so very much its crazy, its almost like it wasnt there, i have been using it on my hands to maintain my psoriasis to keep it under control and i have to say i am shocked, it didnt stain my clothes or bed nothing, it has no scent at all none!, best part it is its Vegan so anyone can use it, my skin has been a wreck on my ankle and front of my leg and this stops the itching everything, when i remember to use it. i keep it by my bedside so i don't have to go far for it even after my shower and it dries completely fast, no more worries about getting my keyboard all sticky and oily and it leaves my skin so soft!
